About

Hard to find original old 1946 Chevrolet half ton. Gets thumbs up every time I take it out. This is the kind of pickup that you will always have folks approaching you with a story to share. It looks like it did back in the fifties when it was used by our neighbor who bought it new. Never been restored has a few dings in the fenders. About half of the paint is original and the glass is good. Front window cranks out. I always liked this waterfall grill and now you see them on TV commercials. Its a strong runner for its age but still the cruising speed is only about 55 MPH. After-market Turn signals. Tires are pretty old and weather cracked. Good clutch and smooth transmission has 3 forward speed floor shift. The original bed boards could use a little varnish or wood oil. Original heater hood air scoop. Of course no AC but air scoop and crank out window could give you some relief,The headliner is still fairly good. The saddle blanket will keep your jeans clean and seat is original and still slides. Has seat belts.Clear title. I am 80 and I have this nice 46 Ford coupe Street Rod 350350 disc brakes NO RUST Turn key.I only want one classic to take me on out, The 46 Ford coupe see photo is 19,500. And Im not negotiable on the price. The truck is 16,000 Dont call if you dont have the cash to spend on a Vintage car. Part trade plus lots of cash is possible especially for pre 75 Chevy truck. I also have this great little 1994 Capri Convertible AC AT Nice top, no rust. $2500. All of these cars are under market value and all will appreciate. Compare my asking price with others you see online. Thanks for looking. Tom, retired in sunny Orange California. Do a search on ebay for Rodman23 to see other items for sale.I usually drive the truck every Saturday morning to the Enderle Center breakfast cruise. Corner of Tustin Ave and the 55 freeway.
