About

The time has come for someone else to drive and enjoy this car. I built this car as something I could drive anywhere and be competitive in several arenas. It was designed to turn, but goes pretty good in a straight line also. This car was originally a California car, and over the years I have removed repaired all the rust I have found, which wasnt much. The paint is an older single stage, which looks good overall but is far from perfect. The dash was fixed about 10 years ago, but has since cracked. The car has made 695 HP 705 TQ on a mustang dyno. E85 and 20 of boost. At this power level it has been through the quarter at 9.7x at 150mph with a 1.40 60. Several changes have been made since this, and I believe it would go low 9s with some work. Or, throw a glide in it and go run in the 8s. The Datsun is your oyster. This car is an absolute gas to drive and turns a lot of heads. For the right price, I will include the pictured Datsun trailer which sits on a custom frame and torsion axle. It is very light, and pulls well behind the car YES, it has a trailer hitchEngine2005 Gen 4 - 5.3L V8Stock bottom end ring gap opened up to .030 Head studs706 headsLS9 head gasketsBrian Tooley Racing Dual valve springsChromoly pushrodsTick Performance Turbo Cam - 217225 .638.621 1144LS2 Timing chain and guideLS3 Corvette Oil PanLS1 Intake - modifed to remove all excess portsHowe racing double pass aluminum radiatorTaurus e-fan and aluminum shroudPainless wiring fan controllerEngine Management FuelHolley HP EFIHolley Fuel RailsHolley 120 InjectorsAN10 feed line alcohol safeAN6 Return PTFESumped Aluminum cell that uses stock fillerMagnafuel 50 micron pre filterWalbro 255 external pumps x3 1 always runs, 2 kick on when intake manifold pressure reaches 5Magnafuel 10 micron post filterTurbonetics 7875 Ball bearing turbo .96 ARPrecision 46mm wastegate, recirculated3 intercooler2.25 hot side merged to 2.53.5 exhaust, split to dual 3 out the rearViair 100 Onboard air for boost controlTransmissionNew Magnum T56 2.66 Ratio - just swapped in less than 1500 miles agoQuicktime SFI Steel bellhousingMcCleod RXT Dual disk clutch w steel flywheel - also lt1500 miles agoRear axle2004 Mustang cobra 8.8 IRS housingFord Racing 3.55 gears, trac-locDriveshaft shop Custom axles driveshaft31 spline Billet chromoly inner stubs with Porsche 930 CV. 300M bars mated to a Z32 NA outer with chromoly internals.Driveshaft is 3.5 aluminum.
