1979 Ford Thunderbird mostly restored in the 1990s. New front fenders, paint, radiator support, body bushings, new front end, brakes caliperswheel cylinders all around, tires new, springs, shocks, exhaust, radiator and all brake and fuel lines. I installed a fully rebuilt 460 with stainless valves, .10 over forged pistons back in 1995 by Joe Lapine in Danbury with a rebuilt C-6 transmission. Recently installed new gas tank, fuel pump, rebuilt Holley 750 plugs and rotor and cap. She runs very well and tracks solid for a big old car. Needs 93 octane fuel with lead additive depending on fuel.Also installed a rear sway bar 2 years ago. Just needs the interior reinstalled new carpet. Airconditor compressor replaced in 2000 along with a new AC condenser new O-rings and dryer. The AC system still is ice cold R-12. Lost interest and she has been in a heated garage since 1990. Lots of spare parts including a front clip and a 3.25 Ford 9 pumpkin non-posi. Dont need to sell just looking for the next person to show some love on the old Girl.914two six zero5656
