This is a 1987 Jeep Grand Wagoneer, the 25th anniversary of the Wagoneer design, and the last year of production under American Motors Corporation. It was marketed as a 4-wheel drive station wagon, not an SUV. I dont think that Ive ever seen a Jeep Wagoneer advertisement that mentioned the term SUV. Jus sayin.This Jeep was complete, original, and unmolested when I purchased it, except for the missing cargo area privacy shade. It even had the factory radio, although it wasnt working. After researching the previous owners, it appears that the truck remained in Georgia from its original Ellijay location to present, Senoia. Ownership provenance is only a presumption. The odometer mileage seemed to concur with the ownership history and wear.I describe the completed work on this Grand Wagoneer as a fairly- thorough refresh , but not a restoration, even though it was a great candidate for complete restoration when I bought it.The undercarriage is very clean with some areas showing little to no cancer. All of the framework is solid.So, when buying a car, nobody wants to know whats right with the car. We all wanna know whats wrong with the car. Wanna know the short-comings of this Jeep The passenger seat has a rip tear in the bottom area. Drivers seat shows some wear. There is a small wear mark on the upper, aft corner of the rear seat back on the passenger side. Its missing the cargo area shade.Compare others and come look.
