I have a 2003 Ford E-series E-250 w a Prochem 405 truck-mounted carpet cleaning machine. and a 2000 BMW 740iL that Im parting out.Not currently running and will need to be towed. ran when parked a couple years ago. 2003 Ford E-250 w Prochem 405 truckmounted cleaning machine - $1,750 As-it sits - This was running rough when parked. I was told at the time it was probably the intake manifold gasket if memory serves me right. - has about 75K on odometer. Lower miles, but they were hard miles with the weight of cleaning equipment. - Im currently working on this this afternoon, and might have more detail later. - The Prochem machine isnt turning over, again. Ill be working on this over next couple dayso Nov. 18-19thI have a 2000 BMW 740iL with clean title for sale that wont start. - It last ran when I parked it a couple years ago. At that time a pulley broke and caused serpentine belt to break. - about 180K - interior in good shape - new stabilizer bar in frontThis will need to be towed.UPDATE To those who have tried to contact me about the car over past week, I got tied up w other shop work didnt get a chance to respond.I was also trying to sort a couple things out and get answers to a few of the questions asked.Basically it looks like either the idler pulley or tensioner failed, caused belt to snap and it looks like its wrapped around the crank pulley.Then the latch just seemed to fail the other day because driver side door would not stay shut and caused another issue that when hooking the battery back up, the alarm would sound.I got the door to latch and will give it another go today.UPDATE to UPDATE No go on turning over, alarm continues for about half minute then stops, but engine wont turn. No clicks either, so Im guessing its in some sort of lock out mode.Im just going to part out this out and scrap the body.The headlights tail lights and interior are worth a bit on their own plus its got a new stabilizer bar on front that have literally 1 mile on them got a flat on test drive, never drove on road after that.If your interested in a particular part.
