It will need a short block or heavy work to see what is going on with cylinder 5. The truck has a bit of a rough idle on startup but then clears up after 30 seconds or so, it runs great down the road and you would never know the difference. It is 10 low on 5, were thinking its a cracked piston. So it could be as simple as a piston and some honing, if not you can get a brand new short block from ford for 3500, so it will not cost 20k to fix. This is a 50k truck on my lot for sale and the only reason we arent fixing it is because we are liquidating inventory and I am starting another business.
