The following repairs and replacements have been completed in the last 30 days Timing belt and water pump have been replaced ECM has been replaced, updated part per Lexus technical bulletin Spark plugs, cables, coils, distributor caps, rotors and one igniter have been replaced Fuel pump and filters replaced Tires installed, Michelin Defenders with 90 tread remaining, matched and balanced Radiator and cooling system flushed and refilled with 5050 antifreeze mix Oil, full synthetic and OEM filter change Transmission fluid change Brakes inspected - OKThis car is in good shape overall, the body has some minor dings, nothing serious and easily fixed. The engine and transmission also are in good condition. Some work remains to be done which I list below.Repairs remaining to be done - Fan clutch needs replacement, about $60. for a new one - Interior, seats and carpet, engine compartment, need to be detailed - Exterior dings, radio antenna is missing - Custom exhaust is louder than stock, may be unsuitable to someI had looked forward to keeping this classy ride.The LS has a nice, full leather interior, rides like a large car but drives nimble and quick. This could be a long lasting, older but very attractive ride that wont go out of style. Im letting it go cheap,but not too cheap, because I have invested much time and best quality OEM parts. I am a retired mechanic with much experience, all repairs have been done using best practices and with intent of driving it myself.Unfortunately, health issues require that I find another project when and if Im better...
