1983 king Cab Nissan 720 with 195,549 miles. I bought this past spring, was sitting for 7 years. Had plan to put motor of 84 in it, but we got it started and it ran well. However a few months ago when driving the positive wire grounded out on motor. Turns singles stopped responding, gas gage not responding, temperature gage not responding, speed odometer not responding, park brake cables need replaced. Power steering pump is leaking. We gave it a tune up and replaced with new carburetor, also added new center bearing and a couple of the universal joints in the drive shaft. Had to disconnect the vacuum system on the engine because it ran rough. Frame appears to be in good shape. Need some body work. Also needs cosmetic work.After repairing the ground wire burn, I still drive it on weekends to keep the engine rotating and pull light weight sail boat. And try to fix up when o have time. It Drives great, could use some new tires. Still has tires on from when sitting for 7 years, surprisingly they held air.Also have a 1984 single cab Nissan 720 133,560 miles. that can be used for parts. It currently is not running because I took the fuel pump off for the King cab, but I can start it up if you want to hear the engine. The frame and floor are rusted out, I have was driving daily for the past 8 years but it is not safe to drive any more. With frame rusted out. Was going to part it out for the King Cab. Both trucks are registered with clean title and currently insured. I am asking $1500 for king cab and $300 for single cab.
