About

69 Pro Street Chevelle with 540ci Big Block Chevy engine dynod over 1000hp, currently detuned to run on pump gas with octane booster at about 860hp. Dart block, ported heads, 141 JE pistons, 47 firing order swap solid roller cam, MSD ignition, Chion radiator with dual fans, Meziere electric waterpump, Holley XP Dominator carb, Merlin intake, Rossler TH400 with Hurst shifter, trans brake and 3300 stall convertor, Mark Williams modular 9inch with 4.88 gears and 4 link, Wilwood disc brakes front and rear, coil over suspension, and rack and pinion steering. Weld Racing wheels 15x15 rear with Mickey Thompson tires in rear. Fully upholstered interior with funny car style cage and power windows. Carbon fiber dash with Autometer Ultra Light gauges. Fire suppression system and parachute. Pro Mod style wing mounted to trunk lid. 20 gallon fuel cell with Holley fuel pump and braided steel fuel lines throughout. Professionally wired with distribution blocks and heavy duty fuses. All lights work and car is street legal. It runs great and has good street manners considering how much power is on tap. Runs 180-190 degrees in traffic with no issues it was 95 degrees this past Saturday morning when I took it for a drive to the foothills and back. Note some of the pictures do not show the wing previous owner removed it to have it powdercoated black. It is on there now, can be easily removed if you dont like it.Now for the bad, paint is 15 years old and has swirls, scratches, and chips. It could be buffed out to make it look a lot better. Hood has a hole in it from when the car had a blower on it. The speedometer doesnt work havent diagnosed it to see whats wrong with it. The seat belts are out of certification and the cage is not certified if you plan to race it, previous owner stated it will certify at 8.50. The steering wheel is crooked easy fix to disconnect column and center it. The fuel gauge doesnt work sender got stuck against anti-slosh foam in tank, easy fix by using marine style sending unit. Right rear quarter has a slight dent in it I think its a pretty easy fix for a body shop to pop it out. Over $120k was spent by previous owner to build this car for shows and the occasional jaunt down the drag strip. Im got it in trade to flip so I can build my dream car 55 Pro Street Belair. Price will increase as I make improvements such as have the paint buffed, and fix gauges, etc. Im asking $65,900 or best offer. Will consider trades for 55 Chevy or first gen Camaro big block cars only. This car is very fast, you may want to invest in brown pants and chonies lol. Seriously though, part of the reason Im not keeping it is that it is too fast for me.Spammers and scammers dont bother texting me and asking me to reply to your email address. I will not ship it anywhere and will not take checks.
